Pavement Sealers
Rap Juice
Asphalt Emulsion
RAP JUICE is a unique milled asphalt emulsion combination containing clays, biodegradable solvents, and emulsifying agents. It softens and aids in mending recycled asphalt pavements. With increased viscosity, RAP JUICE binds fine surface aggregate, preventing further weathering and oxidation.

Rolled RAP 1 Coat: 0.12 - 0.15 gallons per square yard
Description
RAP JUICE is formulated to rejuvenate and seal recycled asphalt pavements. It effectively replaces lost components due to oxidation and binds the surface aggregate, preventing further deterioration. This one-coat application product offers a convenient solution for maintaining and extending the service life of RAP.
Surface Preparation
Ensure the area is clean and free of dirt and loose aggregate before application.
Mixing Procedures
No mixing is required. RAP JUICE is supplied ready to apply. Additional dilution may be necessary based on project requirements.
Application
Spray equipment is recommended for application. An asphalt distributor with full circulation, adjustable bar, and computerized rate control or volume measuring device is ideal. Product can be heated to 120°F if needed for cold weather applications but is not necessary. Apply over clean and prepared surfaces. Do not apply on rainy days or when the temperature is expected to drop below 45°F during the next 24 hours. RAP can be wet (no pounding water) while applying, allowing better penetration. Allow 24 hours between coats and curing. Higher application rates and the type of RAP used can increase cure time.
Clean Up
Water cleanup when wet, biodegradable solvent when dry.
