Description

Resurfacer + is a specially formulated asphalt resurfacer that enhances the appearance and durability of asphalt surfaces. It fills voids and low spots, providing a smooth and flexible surface resistant to various environmental factors.

Surface Preparation

Ensure the area is clean and free from loose material and dirt.

Mixing Procedures

Product may be diluted with a maximum of 20% water. Priming may be necessary on aged surfaces using one-part SS-1H and four parts water, applied at 1 gal per 100 sq./ft. Do not over-dilute. Two coats are recommended on unsealed pavements. Consult your project manager if needed.

Benefits

Product may be diluted with a maximum of 20% water. Priming may be necessary on aged surfaces using one-part SS-1H and four parts water, applied at 1 gal per 100 sq./ft. Do not over-dilute. Two coats are recommended on unsealed pavements. Consult your project manager if needed.

Application

Squeegee or use mechanical equipment to apply the product onto the surface. Coverage should be applied mixed (water, sand, and additives) at a rate of 50-70 sq./ft per gal, per coat. If necessary, an additional 10% water may be added for smooth application. Ensure ambient and surface temperature is at least 55°F and rising during application. Do not apply if rain is forecasted within the next 24 hours. Allow new asphalt to cure through the summer season before sealing.

Important

Weather Limitations:

Do not apply on rainy days or when the temperature is expected to drop below 50°F during the next 24 hours. On hot days, pre-dampen the pavement with a fog system. Ambient and surface temperature must be at least 55°F and rising during application.

Drying Time:

Maximum drying time is 5 hours at 70°F, 50% relative humidity. Final coat should cure for 24 hours.

Clean Up

Use water before the product dries. For sealer finish use biodegradable solvent.
