Pavement Sealers
Street Saver
Asphalt Sealer
Street Saver is a milled polymer modified, mineral stabilized asphalt and fiber reinforced emulsion designed to increase the life expectancy of asphalt pavements. It beautifies and protects both old and new streets, recreational areas, and airports against moisture and water penetration, ultraviolet rays from the sun, and oxidation. The tough, durable formula fills pavement voids and low spots by replacing fines lost during the aging process.

Description
Street Saver is a high-quality asphalt sealer designed to protect and beautify asphalt pavements. Its polymer-modified, mineral-stabilized, and fiber-reinforced formula fills pavement voids and low spots, providing a tough and durable surface that resists moisture, UV rays, oxidation, and chemicals. It meets all state and public works specifications, ensuring long-lasting performance.
Surface Preparation
Ensure the area is clean and free from all loose material and dirt. Priming may be necessary on aged surfaces using one part SS1H and four parts water, applied at 1 gallon per 100 sq ft.
Mixing Procedures
Street Saver can be applied using a squeegee or mechanical equipment. It may be diluted with a maximum of 20% water if needed.
Application
Apply Street Saver onto the surface, ensuring even coverage. Two coats are recommended, allowing the first coat to dry thoroughly before applying the second coat. Check for trafficability after application.
Important
Weather Limitations:
do not apply on rainy days or when the temperature is expected to drop below 50°F during the next 24 hours. Ambient and surface temperature must be at least 55°F and rising during application.
Drying Time:
Drying time is approximately 8 hours maximum at 70°F and 50% relative humidity.
Clean Up
-
When wet: Clean up with water
-
When dry: Biodegradable solvent
