Description

Foundation & Waterproofing Sealer is a premium asphalt emulsion sealer that offers exceptional protection for your foundation. With its superior waterproofing properties, it effectively guards against moisture intrusion, preventing common issues such as "alligatoring" and surface cracking. This product exceeds ASTM D-1227-95 Type II and is specially formulated to withstand the challenging conditions of Arizona.

Surface Preparation

Ensure the area is clear of all dirt, dust, and debris. Clean any residue with soap and water. For optimal results, the surface should be damp before application.

Mixing Procedures

Stir the product thoroughly before use. If applying a second coat, dilute the product by 10% if spraying, and always apply the second coat at a right angle to the first.

Application

Foundation & Waterproofing Sealer can be applied using a sprayer, roller, or brush. Apply the product evenly in one direction for best results. The coating becomes waterproof only after thoroughly drying. Avoid using the product when rain is forecasted or when temperatures are expected to drop below 50°F for optimal performance.

Important

Drying Time:
Drying time ranges from 6 to 24 hours under hot, dry conditions. Clean up any spills or tools with soap and water when wet.

Storage Instructions:
